  • Need to change your company logo or brand colors, reset a password, turn on two-factor authentication, or add and remove people from your workspace? We can help with any of it. Single sign-on (SSO) with Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace is available for Team customers with 10 or more facilitator seats. If you're not sure whether something's possible, just ask, the answer is usually yes.

  • Whether you're trying to figure out which plan fits your team, need to update a card, pay by invoice or ACH, or pull down a past receipt for your finance team, we can take care of it. We also handle refunds, prorations, and any one-off billing questions you might have. No need to dig through an admin panel, just email us and we'll sort it out.
